Order Processing
- Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (pending credit card verification where applicable)
- Delivery within 3 – 5 working days of order confirmation
- Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day or at the latest the following day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Postage & Handling
- Orders are sent in plain packaging with no Sweat Solutions markings to ensure discretion and privacy
- Orders are sent via Australia Post by regular mail (unless specified express post)
- You can opt for Express Post when you place your order
- Postage is automatically calculated using rates provided by Australia Post and is determined by weight of package, distance from Sydney and handling.

- We accept PayPal, money orders and direct deposits
- Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party
